Bouquet: Red berries, rose and viola.
Flavour: The mouthfeel is very fresh and pleasantly

flavour that makes it a balanced and pleasant wine.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Colour: Brilliant, deep ruby-red with some garnet
highlights.
Nose: Initially, it is austere. However, after swirling
the glass, it does emerge red currant/raspberry
and cherry aromas.
Mouth: It is a very complex, rich, tannic and
structured wine. It requires to refine longer in bottle.
Serving suggestions: Long cooking meat dishes
and seasoned cheese.
