Brut Rosé Grande Réserve

Presented in a clear bottle, the Brut Rosé Grande Réserve is a blend of “bled” (saignée) rosé and traditional rosé wines. The former will endow this delicious Champagne with generous aromas of red fruit on the nose. The latter will impart the finesse and elegance displayed by fine rosé Champagnes. With its judicious level of “dosage” (sweetening), this Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with food, where its length works wonders.

Blanc de Noirs 2012

The last-born of the Mandois family, this 100% Pinot Noir reveals a deep golden colour flecked with amber, a sign of its exceptional body and structure. The nose exudes aromas of cherry eau de vie and stone fruits, characteristic of the Pinot Noir varietal and an indication of a very appetizing, indulgent Champagne.
The rich, round palate discloses peppery notes and candied fruits which attest to the excellent balance of the vintage and make it well-suited to a wide variety of dishes.
The perfect Champagne with food.

Victor Mandois 2008

This “symphonic” Champagne is essentially composed of grapes from old vines of over 50 years of age growing in Mandois vineyards in Chouilly and Vertus. The low yields produced by these old vines provide both the structure and the balance between concentration and finesse essential to the creation of a fine Champagne. In addition, in order to develop smoothness and complexity, a proportion of the harvest is vinified in oak barrels in the traditional method used by Victor Mandois over a century ago. The tasting fully reflects the quality of this magnificent, carefully-crafted blend: the Champagne is delicate on the nose and shows a creaminess on the palate created by its very fine bubbles. It possesses perfect harmony and long-lasting flavours.

Grape Variety : 100% Chardonnay

About us

Company details

The village
Situated in Pierry, a village in "Côte des Blancs" classified 1st growth in Champagne, Mandois owns a 35 hectares' vineyard. The slopes of Epernay, the Côte des Blancs, together with the region around Sézanne constitute the major part of its vineyards spread amongst 12 different villages. Grapes come from famous villages and prestigious terroirs such as Chouilly, Vertus, Pierry and Epernay. Mandois's vineyard is made up of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir.

Ploughing the soil
After many years experimenting in the Clos, Claude Mandois adopted the method of ploughing the soil in every other row of vines. In 2010, he decided to use this alternative method in all his vineyards. The results have been a deeper rooting of the vine and a natural expression of the terroir. To date Mandois Champagne is the only Champagne House to use this pioneering method.
