Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough

Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough. Our flagship wine perfectly encapsulates all the qualities that have made this grape and wine such a modern-day powerhouse. Each vineyard block is harvested and fermented separately in temperature-controlled tanks to ensure purity. As fermentation is completed the resulting wines are assessed and carefully blended. Citrus and stone fruit flavours combine with bright acidity to make a harmonious, delicious glass of wine. Served chilled, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to fish, creamy pasta sauces and poultry dishes. This wine is available at Ocado and Amazon.

Pinot Gris

New Zealand’s cooler, maritime climate is ideal for Alsatian-inspired, unctuous, beautifully complex Pinot Gris wines. Pinot Gris is now the third most popular white variety in New Zealand and our wine highlights all the intense, lingering flavours, gentle acidity and marked freshness that have made this varietal so beloved in it’s native country. This wine is a superb accompaniment to Asian dishes, but also makes for an excellent apéritif.

Chardonnay

Although Marlborough is best known for Sauvignon Blanc, the Chardonnays from this region are equally noteworthy. Vibrant grapefruit and lime flavours are overlaid with subtle vanilla notes from light oak exposure, further enhanced by the malolactic fermentation, ensuring creamy, fruit driven flavours. Served chilled, this wine is perfect with poultry, veal, cheese-based pasta dishes and cheese boards.
