Old Tom is an original variety of gin and is still made today using an authentic 19th century recipe. Its ingredients are hand-selected and give UNTITLED OLD TOM GIN its intensive botanical character, harmonised by a slight sweetness, which together deliver a complex taste experience. Savour the original taste of traditional drinks like "Tom Collins", "Martinez" or "Ramos Gin Fizz" with this unique Old Tim Gin.
Slightly sweet aroma of almonds, citrus and spices.
Full-bodied with fruity juniper and candied ginger notes.
UNTITLED RESERVE GIN — 41,5 % VOL.
In the middle of the 19th century, gin was transported, stored and served in wooden barrels. UNTITLED RESERVE GIN is reviving the tradition of English gin palaces. After distillation, this gin rests for several weeks in scotch whisky barrels, which gives it its soft, mild character. This production process gives UNTITLED RESERVE GIN its light straw-yellow hue. An exceptional aromatic gin — deeply indebted to old-fashioned tradition.
Complex and slightly sweet with juniper and floral notes.
A light and delicate flavour with juniper and coriander, balanced by angelica root and citrus notes.
UNTITLED SLOE GIN — 28 % VOL.
A traditional English liqueur — a distinctly fruity taste experience. Once the first frost has passed, the wild sloes are harvested, individually hand-selected and steeped in dry gin to mature the UNTITLED SLOE GIN. A sugar solution is added once the gin has matured for several months. The UNTITLED SLOE GIN is now ready for bottling. The result is a rich deep ruby red colour with a low alcohol content.
An initial aroma of red currants and a stone fruit-based hint of bitter almond.
Well-rounded and fruity with a tartly sweet whiff of black currants and a hint of cherry aroma. With a full-bodied aftertaste, it leaves behind a pleasantly fruity tart sweetness in the mouth.
