In 1880, Santiago Queirolo, an Italian immigrant founded the Queirolo winery creating unique profiles of wines and piscos.
Nowadays, the portfolio consists of varietals, reserves and piscos that are world-renowned.
Pisco is a spirit made through a single distillation of wine. Our Piscos are produced with hand selected pisco grape varietals from our vineyards located in the Ica and Cañete valleys. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to obtain the best grape juice, which is then distilled in our copper stills resulting in flavors known and appreciated by connoisseurs.
