Dominated by red fruits on the nose, like strawberries, cherries and pomergranate with subtle notes of cinnamon wich add aromatic complexity. Juicy and refreshing on the palate, this wine has sweet raspberries and wild forest fruits flavors. Its cool coastal origin at Paredones adds a refreshing acidity, soft tannins and elegant lon finish

Dominga Brut

Dominga Brut is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes. It has a clear and bright light greenish-yellow color, with subtle notes of green apple, white pear, orange blossom, and grapefruit on the nose. The palate shows medium structure with delicate, creamy bubbles. The acidity is refreshing and the finish is long and elegant.
Pairing: ceviche, oysters, and fresh shellfish.
