Grape harvest: by hand, mid-October
Winemaking: Perfectly ripe grapes are destemmed and macerated for up to 18 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is left to mature in barrique barrels for at least 3 years. Then it is moved into large oak barrels, where it ages until bottling.
Aging potential: 10 years
Colour: Intense deep ruby with pomegranate glints
Aroma: Delivers aromas of ripe cherry, plum jam, green pepper, dark chocolate and undergrowth, evolving towards a sophisticated note of wood.
Taste: Rich and full-bodied, with notes of kirsch-soaked cherries, dark chocolate and tobacco. Wonderful, lingering finish accentuated by fine, velvety tannins.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: Pairs well with beefsteaks and steaks, particularly if complemented by peppered and onion sauces, as well as truffles. It makes also a great accompaniment to game.

Grape harvest: hand-picked at the end of September, part of the grapes are overripe
Winemaking: 24- to 48-hour maceration is performed on grapes to extract as much aromatic potential from the skin of the berries as possible. Then follows the process of fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 13 to 18°C. When the alcohol content of approximately 10% vol. is reached, the fermentation is stopped in order to preserve enough natural sugar for which the wine is so famous.
Colour: The wine has an intensive yellow colour which expresses its nobleness.
Aroma: It features intensive aromas of candied orange peels, lychees, flower honey, dry apricots, citruses, and jasmine flowers.
Taste: Residual sugar, fruit, and richness are beautifully balanced in this wine. This is a wine that is certainly enriched by the proximity to the sea in its full body and ripe fruit.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: This dessert wine goes nicely with desserts made from persimmon, vanilla creams, cheese desserts with a taste of citrus, panettone, fried pastry flancati, etc.

Grape harvest: by hand, late September
Winemaking: Grapes are macerated for 4 days at a temperature of 25°C. Gently pressed must is then fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18°C, followed by partial malolactic fermentation and a second fermentation according to the Charmat method. The wine is stored on the lees for 6 months.

Colour: Deep ruby, with intense sparkle and plenty of bubbles rising in fine beads.
Aroma: The Refosco variety adds aromas of ripe dark berries and sour cherry.
Taste: Structured, rich and delicate at the same time. The elegant freshness of lively bubbles is complemented by luscious fruitiness and smoothness. The finish reveals a ripe fruity note of dark berries and sweet tannins.

Food and wine pairing recommendation: Pairs well with cured meats and other cold meat starters, spicy cheeses and not overly sweet dark berry tarts. An excellent choice while spending leisurely moments in good company.

Colour: Brilliant, with a soft scarlet colour c
Aroma: Intense fruity-floral aroma with notes of candied orange peel, strawberry, rose, vanilla, sweet spices and caramel.
Taste: Incredibly rich, but elegant and typical of the variety. The aromas on the nose follow through on the palate. Dried cranberries, strawberry, rose and vanilla dominate the finish.

Colour: Brilliant, golden yellow colour with light green reflections. Intense sparkle and plenty of bubbles rising in fine beads.
Aroma: The characteristic freshness and aroma derive from the Malvasia variety which delivers an intense floral and fruity bouquet dominated by scents of acacia flower, tropical fruit and green apple.
Taste: Delightful, fresh and charismatic, all attributes of the Malvasia variety that after secondary fermentation develops a gorgeous and aromatic finish with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: A fantastic aperitif. Best enjoyed on its own in good company or paired with seafood dishes, cold starters, light pasta and risotto, poultry, fruit, and so forth. It is also excellent for making sorbets.

Aroma: On the nose, it surprises with a rich ripe fruitiness, reminiscent of ripe blackberry, sour cherry, mulberry and bilberry, finely intertwined with notes of wood, undergrowth and spices.
Taste: Rich and complex. The balancing acidity makes this rich wine lively and fruity. The fine tannin structure and extract give the wine a beautiful lingering aftertaste.

Aroma: Typical aromatics for Merlot are ripe sour cherries, mulberries, and blackberries, with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate.
Taste: In the mouth, the wine is soft and velvety with a pleasant flavour of ripe sour cherries and blackberries. This a full bodied wine, finishing with pleasant ripe tannins and a note of Mediterranean herbs.

Taste: The wine is medium bodied with rich, ripe fruit nicely balanced with tannins. It has a beautiful, long finish with just a hint of wood.

Three months of ‘sur lie’ follows and then maturing in stainless steel vats. Biological deacidification is only partially performed.
Aging potential: 2 years and up
Colour: A golden yellow colour with gentle bright green shades.
Aroma: A clean intensive aroma with the scent of tropical fruit and almond is intertwined with gentle tasting notes of acacia tree flowers.
Taste: Intense fruit with playful acidity and a pleasant softness live harmoniously within this wine, which finishes with the distinct taste of bitter almonds.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: This is certainly a wine which cannot be missing on a table with sea food, vegetables, poultry, and risottos with lighter sauces.
