Harvest: End of July, beginning of August

Attribution/acre: 700-900 kg/acre

Vinification: Initially sun dried grapes for 8 days; red vinification is following skin extract at 30ºC and fermentation. Ageing for 3 years in oak barrels

Description: Wine dark red caramel color, chocolate perfume, coffee, fig and grape, with acidity and sweetness in harmony that also impresses long after taste

Description: Its brilliant yellow-green   color and the delicate aromatic character with dominant fruit pear , banana and melon . It has   particular   acidity, rich and charming  mouth and impressive aromatic aftertaste .
