A wine of great elegance and finesse, the Chianti Classico Carobbio was born from the union of two great varieties: Sangiovese and Merlot. Its colour is deep red ruby and enhanced by a complex aroma of red fruits and a final pleasant hint of liquorice. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, the Chianti Classico has an intense structure that maintains its balanced taste and a velvety texture, without losing any of its pleasant drinkability. Suitable for every season, it is a perfect accompaniment for pasta dishes like ravioli with hare ragu, cinta senese lasagna or pici with rabbit ragu. It makes a good accompaniment for appetizers such black cabbage crostone, black paté croutons and traditional Tuscan charcuterie.

From the Terra Rossa Vineyard, Rosato is an elegant and modern wine enveloping the palate. Made from the soft pressing of Sangiovese whole grapes, it creates a refined but full-bodied wine with a good structure and rounded aftertaste. The colour is pale but bright red, has a bouquet which hints of tropical fruit, pleasant hints of wild strawberries and marked floral notes. A young wine appreciated for the sweet freshness and pleasantness. Colours and scents waft from an elegant bottle that perfectly represents the essence of the union between tradition and innovation. Considering its slight acidity, it is excellent in combination with fish soups as Livornese Caciucco and mussels impepata.
