Finca Agostino winery, located in Maipú - Mendoza, counts on a total capacity of 3.000.000 lts, divided on: stainless steel tanks (2 million lts) and epoxy-sealed concrete pools (1 million lts). 100% wines Estate grown and bottle. The role of technology is essential for Finca Agostino as it allows the optimum characteristics offered by the vineyard to be maintained during the wine-making process. For the ageing of the wines, the winery counts on two climate-controlled cellars, one for the American and French oak barrels and the other for the wines evolution inside the bottle. The vineyard estates located in Barrancas, Maipú (Barrancas Estate 300 ha) and El Cepillo (La Serafina Estate 50 ha), San Carlos, Uco Valley, both privileged and internationally recognized areas, provide the grapes that are exclusively used for the elaboration of the wines. Finca Agostino is the first winery in South America to obtain both IFS and BRC certifications for quality systems and food safety. These certifications constitute evidence of the winerys compliance of the legislations on food safety and fulfill its firm goal of achieving excellence in the quality of the wines.
