About us

Company details

Bodegas San Huberto is an emblematic Argentinean winery and its origins date back to 1905. During for almost 90 years it produced table wines from local grapes. In 1998, the winey was acquired by the Spadone Group which implemented a huge transformation plan supported by significant investments. The objective was to incorporate state of the art technology and winemaking techniques to produce world class wines. The total capacity is 10 million liters. The new administration preserved the 60-year old vineyards and planted new vines to ensure full self-supply of grapes.  The company owns 400 hectares of vineyards located in La Rioja and Mendoza (Uco Valley). International wine consultants were hired to complement our professional´s local knowledge. The Spadone Group owns several companies across different economic sectors, such as multimedia and show business, agribusiness, logistic and wines.

La Rioja, Aminga Valley - The valley has privileged conditions for the production of premium wines. This unique ecosystem is located at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level and has very cold winters, hot summers and marked temperature difference between day and night. These terroir and climate conditions bring concentrated red wines, with fruity aromas and intense colors; while the whites include the emblematic grape Torrontés Riojano, a beautiful refreshing wine with floral aromas, a delicate body and balanced acidity
