Made from carefully selected grapes from Valle de Uco, Mendoza, grown to produce premium wines. This line combines traditional techniques and technology. Grapes are placed in small vessels, where fermentation and long maceration take place under controlled temperature, obtaining a wine of great structure and complexity. It ages in first use French and American oak for 12 months, which grants a unique complexity and bouquet. The bottle aging rounds and stabilizes the qualities of this great wine, which represents its terroir and the tipicity of the varietals.
Tasting Note Color: Intense ruby red with blackish highlights. Bouquet: Chocolate, vanilla and coffee notes, with a strong presence of plums that enhances the varietal. Palate: Consistent with the bouquet, with a perfect balance between the varietal characteristics and the oak where it has been aged, giving a pleasant and long finish in mouth.
Elegant and fine varietals, with very good structure and body. These excellent wines winemaking process presents a few particularities in addition to the fermentation process under controlled temperature, age on fermentation lees.
Color: Pale green tones. Bouquet: Citrus, grapefruit and green tangerine, accompanied by tropical tangerine notes. Palate: Fruity explosion of aromas and flavors that enhance and persist in the mouth.
Young, fresh, and medium structured wines, with excellent tipicity, in which we adapt making processes in order to obtain particular desired properties for the international markets where our wines are found.
