Storia: The denomination Tuscany IGT is allowed to all the wines produced all over the Tuscany region, according to the rules and laws disciplinating the whole winemaking process. With this denomination, the products can show on labels, in addition to the colour of the wine itself, the different or main grapes, composing the final products, and the vintage. The classification of the wine inside this denomination, may be the result of not meeting the requirements for upper classes; because of kinds or percentage of the grapes composing the wine. The IGT denomination include typology “Novello” and “Abboccato” for Red one and “Frizzante” and “Abboccato” for White one.
Vitigni: Sangiovese is the main Tuscany grapes, it forms in “purity” or however in huge percentage, the structure of all the most important Tuscany wines.
