Varietal Composition: Malbec.
Grapes: From Uco Valley (1.100 m.a.s.l. – poor soils) and Luján de Cuyo
(980 m.a.s.l. – intermediate soils).
Vineyards: More than 50 years old, with yields of less than 10 Tn per Ha.
Harvest: By hand in plastic bins.
Selection: Manual cluster selection.
Maceration: 3 days at 8ºC.
Alcoholic Fermentation: With native yeasts during 7 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 24 and 27ºC.
Malolactic Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol: 14,0%
PH: 3.60.
Total Acidity: 5.30 g/l.

arietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Franc.
Grapes: From Vineyard more than 15 years old from Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo 980 m.a.s.l.) and Vistaflores (Tunuyán 1.200 m.a.s.l.).
Vineyards Yields: Lower than 5 Tn per Ha.
Harvesting: Performed manually, in plastic boxes of 17 kg of capacity.
Grape Selection: Double manual selection of bunches and grapes.
Grape Maceration: Cold pellicular maceration for 5 days at 8º C, before alcoholic fermentation.
Alcoholic Fermentation: With indigenous yeast for 10 days, in stainless steel tanks at 27º C.
Malolactic Fermentation: Carried out in French oak barrels.
Ageing: For 24 months in medium toasted French oak barrels to grant complexity, structure and finesse.

Estate Grown and Bottled.

Alcoholic Fermentation: With native yeast in stainless steel tanks at max temperature of 22° C.
Malolactic Fermentation: 50% of the wine.
Ageing: In French oak barrels for 6 months (35%).

Alcohol: 13.5%.
Ph: 3.30.
Total Acidity: 6.35 g/l.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Bright Gold.
Nose: Notes of pineapple, green apples, and white flowers combined with vanilla and toasted flavors.
Taste: Citric flavours and floral notes combined with vanilla, butter and cinnamon.
