Lugana Brut Metodo Classico Sparkling Wine
100% Trebbiano di Lugana
Straw yellow color with golden hues, elegant perlage fine and lasting. Intense, clean, soft bouquet, with notes of pear and apple, with a hint of peach and citrus fruits. Taste is balanced and envelops the palate, elegant, alive and tender, characterized by a silky acidity that gives extreme cleanliness. Excellent as an aperitif with starters, goes well with main dishes, such as spaghetti with clams, raw, smoked, grilled, fried fish and shell fish. Serving temperature 6°-8°C.

Wine produced from selected Rebo grapes from our vineyards. Strict selection of the best grapes, manual harvesting, and careful wine making, we have produced this wine with excellent structure. Ruby red color, the nose is fruity with hints of cherry, plum, blackberry, black currant, combine with spicy notes. Full body, balanced and harmonious. The tannins are soft and round, a pleasant contrast to the palate imbued with a juicy fruit mixed with spicy notes of ripe fruit. The finish is durable and good persistence. It goes well with lamb chops flavored with rosemary and green pepper, red meat such as rump steak grilled or entrecote. Serve at 18°C.
Wine obtained from a selection of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes. Deep, intense ruby red color, with notes of red fruits (cherry, blackberry and plum) and spicy notes. 100% Garganega We choose only the ripest, healthiest and looser grapes and carefully place them in small wooden crates to avoid any breakage. They are then brought to a special room "fruttaio". Here the grapes are allowed to dry. During this process, the grapes are checked daily and the bad berries must be removed. The grapes lose about 30% to 40% of their initial weight during drying, while the sugar content increases significantly. The berries are ripened for five months and pressed after a necessary selection. The resulting must is in barriques where it ages and ages for a year. Then there is a further refinement in the bottle before the wine comes on the market. Intense golden color, notes of apricots, figs, papayas, citrus fruits, candied fruits, caramel, raisins, honey and quince. In the mouth is broad, balanced, velvety and persistent. Ideal as a dessert wine, the perfect accompaniment to pastries, cheese is young and flavored with honey, blue cheese, peaches, and caramel ice cream. It's also lovely as a meditation wine.
