Orcia Rosso DOC Bagnaia

Our wine is a careful blend of sangiovese and other grapes varieties. Aging begins at the end of December in oak barrels and lasts until November of the following year. The result is an excellent, robust, flavorful ruby red wine. The aging process is continued in bottles where the promising bouquet further improves . A bottle of "Rosso Orcia Doc Bagnaia" if it is kept correctly will last for years and at the same time it will continue to develop both in flavour and aroma.

L'olio

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from olivegroves which are cultivated according to traditional methods. when the olive-trees are ripe, the berries are picked by hand, taken straight to the mill and pressed within the day. Due to these operations, our oil preserves its characteristic taste and its acid content which is very low. The traditional oil-festival is organised in San Quirico d'Orcia at the beginning of every December. This is the best opportunity to taste our oil and take part in our unique feast.
