1750 – Cabernet Sauvignon

Originally from the Bordeaux region of France, this varietal is famous for making great wines with long aging potential, characterized by its dense and aristocratic tannins. The ideal climate of the hills of Samaipata allows us to obtain a 1750 with an intense red plum color, aromas of figs, herbs, raw coffee and spice notes.  It holds a balanced combination of body, acidity and varietal flavors. It is a wine with character and intense tannins which sets a new standard for the Cabernet Sauvignons of altitude in the Valleys of Santa Cruz.

Food Pairing: Perfect for red meats, cheeses, sausages, steaks and spicy foods. Serve at 16 ° C.

1750 – Syrah

It is said that this varietal came through Phoenician traders from ancient Persia to the ports of Southern France, where it expanded, and it is now emblematic of the Rhone Valley. Our 1750 – Syrah has a strong red cherry tone, sensual and intense aromas of red pepper, blackberry and chocolate.  Its body is rather creamy and elegant, with a sophisticated taste, dry, with balanced acidity and easy to drink. With much personality and strength this 1750 will stand out among your favorite wines.

Food pairing: Excellent choice with pasta, meats, cheeses, sausages and steaks. Serve at 16 ° C.

1750 – Torrontés

This varietal is a descendant of the native Spanish grapes brought by the conquistadores and made its home in eastern slopes of the Andes.  In Samaipata, this grape produces wines that are crystalline and bright with aromas of exotic fruits and citrus. In the palate it has good acidity and delicate fruit accents. This wine combines the old traditions of the region with the sophistication of modern winemaking, offering a refreshing and unforgettable wine.

Food Pairing: Great for seafood, fish and white meats. It goes very well with dishes like marinated in citrus seviches and marinades, salads and fresh cheese. Serve chilled at 8 ° C.
