CLIMATE
Attica's region climate is famous over the world: hot and dry summers give way to surprisingly cold winters, with few rains overall. Grapes ripen well without difficulties.

SOIL
Clay soil, chalky substratum, covered by a layer of stony clay, that allows good draining and soil heating.

METHOD
Method of white vinification, grapes are gathered in exact date of their mature and transported to winery in large cages. Vinification takes place in large still tanks with controlled temperature. Harvest takes place at end of September.

CHARACTERISTICS
White green color, strong clarity, shiny look, intense aromas of spring fruits, balanced acidity, round bodied, nobble, with notes of pear, banana and mango, dry and fresh, with long lasting aftertaste.

ACCOMPANIES
Oily fish, seafood with herbs, salads, pasta with slightly spicy sauces, poultry with lemon, light smoked cheese, fruits.

SERVED
Slightly chilled (10 °C).

Clay soil chalky substratum covered by a layer of stony clay allowing for drainage and soil heating.

METHOD OF PRODUCTION
White vinification at stabilized temperature, preparation in tanks, stabilization, filtration and analysis, bottling.

CHARACTERISTICS
Light green-yellow color, high clarity, shiny look, nobble bouquet of aromas, balanced taste with elements of summer fruits, full bodied slightly oily, with balanced dry aftertaste.

ACCOMPANIES
Meat with oregano, fish and finger seafood, pasta with red sauces, cold plates.

SERVED
Slightly chilled (12 °C).

Ideally with summer dishes, poultry, salads with white dressings, fruits, grilled fishes and seafood, or you may drink it as well as aperitif.

AT THE SLOPES OF KITHAIRONAS
On the old National road from Elefsina to Thebes, we meet the mountainous mass of Kithairona’s.

Ascending and descending its slopes, driving to Erythres (Kriekouki) we meet vineyards that lay down from the sky of Attica.

In an altitude of 400 meters and in an area of 5000 acres, stand the vineyards that are cultivated for years, with love and care.

In this corner of Attica land, operates VINEYARD VINICULTUE SOKOS S.A. since 1983, using the beloved fruit of earth that is cultivated from ancient Greece, reviving the myth of Dionysus-Bacchus.
