About us

Company details

The property has two vineyards, a recent one planted in 2008 and and old one from 1961

The vineyards lie aproximately 10km from the coast, between the beaches of Galé and Aberta Nova, so they are influenced by the maritime breeze. Moreover, the vineyards are 150m high, on the west slope of Grândola hills which provides the required coolness for an adequate ripening. The great minerality of the soils, predominantely iron and shale complements the peculiarity of the vineyard's location.

The wines are produced with the teamwork of the entire family.

Low organic soils with great iron abundance.
