I FRATELLI

Classification:  Red wine - Negroamaro IGP Salento

Principal grape variety: 100% Negroamaro

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Winemaking: The grapes, come exclusively from its own funds, are harvested at the right stage of maturation and vinified in the winery of property located in the immediate proximity of the vineyard. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 8-10 days, The crushed grapes are pressed to start and then continue the slow alcoholic fermentation for another 7-8 days. The malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation. The refining period is divided into 6 months in stainless steel silos and then 6 months in bottle.

PRIMAROSA

Principal grape variety:  100% Negroamaro

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Winemaker: The grapes come exclusively from its own funds, are harvested at the right stage of maturation and vinified in the winery of the property located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. After the pressing, due to the difference in specific weight between the solids and the liquid part, the first rise to the surface and after 8-10 hours it extracts a part of this liquid to "fall", after that is placed to ferment at  temperature controlled (15°-18°C) separately for 15 days. When alcoholic fermentation is completed follows a maturation period of 4 months in stainless steel silos and then in bottle for 2-3 months.
