SUADENTE

Collezione: Il segno di Vittorino

The wine features a bright straw yellow colour. The fragrance expresses delicate acacia and apple, but the palate reveals the wine’s name – smoothly enticing – with fresh, sapid and soft notes.

The crushed grapes are immediately refrigerated and left in contact with their marc for at least 12 hours (cryomaceration). Subsequently, they are softly pressed and the product obtained is fermented for a fortnight at a controlled temperature of about 16°C. After fermentation, the wine is left to rest in steel barrels until bottling.

MAIUSCOLO

Collezione: Il segno di Vittorino

Ruby red colour with garnet hues and fragrances of blackberries and small red berries. This wine features a lightly fresh, sapid, soft and harmonious taste.

When the grapes are healthy and ripe they are crushed and fermented in steel barrels at a controlled temperature for a fortnight. During this period, they are softly punched-down several times. Following fermentation, the product is racked  and the wine obtained is left to rest for a few months in small oak barrels.

INSOLITO

Collezione: Il segno di Vittorino

A bright light rose colour and a fine and persistent perlage; its fragrance reveals distinctive notes of undergrowth berries. The wine features a dry, fresh, sapid and well-balanced taste.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are macerated together in steel tanks at 18°C for several hours. The grape skin is then removed and the product obtained is fermented for a fortnight in tanks at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is concluded, the wine obtained is left to rest in steel barrels until a second fermentation using the Charmat  method begins. The wine is bottled after a few months spent in an autoclave.

About us

Company details

A story of dedication, love of family and passion for wine.
In the 1950’s, Vittorino Rigoni founded his company at Malintrada di Gorgo al Monticano, land close to Venice dedicated to the production of wine, where grapevines have been cultivated for over 2,000 years. The estate is located in the heart of the Po Valley and encompasses one of the most important areas for the production of DOC Prosecco and the famous wines bearing the Treviso Label.

A story of dedication, love of family and passion for wine. A history of success and satisfaction reflected in the quality of production and a selection of wines with enhanced, undisputed personality. A wine that is distinct and born from the perfect combination of native and international grape varieties.

Today, in its fourth generation, the company has grown. It proudly counts with great experience and cutting edge winemaking technology, while holding its original philosophy: from the countryside to the glass. An accurate control of the entire winemaking process; from the vineyard to the bottle, a working philosophy that rewards quality, and the commitment and passion of this family.
