CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA DRY

Selected grapes harvested by hand from the best hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, thanks to the maximum exposure to the rays of sun and the thermal shock from day to night, the maturation improves and the aromatic properties are preserved. We obtain the Prince of Prosecco with strong notes of fresh fruit and peach flower. It goes perfectly with fish, first course, cheeses or as aperitif.

PROSECCO DOC TREVISO MILLESIMATO EXTRA DRY

Our Millesimato is a selection of the best grapes subjected to cryomaceration after that the base wine starts the vinification process through the long Charmat Method; the wine is added with selected yeasts and mantained at a controlled temperature. It’s a vintage product, where the hints of flowers predominate; harmonic with a balanced aftertaste at the palate, thin and persistent bubbles due to a long stand on the yeasts. The Extra Dry version of the Prosecco Doc Treviso Millesimato is recommended as aperitif or with dishes of fish.

About us

Company details

Our genuine flavourful wine tells the story of a family and its love for working the land and growing grapes. Vines have been our lives for three generations. Since the 60s we have passed on our passion for wine, care for our vineyards and indigenous grape varieties that truly represent the territory around us, from the river Piave to the hills famous for Prosecco. From father to son, from grandfather Luigi Cescon to his son Giovanni then on to his grandson Walter, we have always believed in nature, honest human labour and a search for quality deeply rooted in tradition but ready to innovate and make the best use of technology. Over the years we have enhanced the grapes from our vineyards and by making important investments we have gone from wine grape growers to renowned wine makers, proudly carrying the name of our estate throughout the world.
