This fresh, delicate, medium-bodied wine displays a bouquet and flavour with inviting aromas of red fruits such as cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, and hints of aromatic herbs and black pepper. Its delicious fruit and freshness make it ideal for enjoying throughout a meal, particularly with flavourful and simple dishes – even vegetarian or vegan recipes. It also pairs well with roasted and grilled white meats and is ideal as a summer wine to drink with fish dishes.

Made from specially selected bunches of the four indigenous Valpolicella grape varieties (predominantly Corvina Veronese) and aged for 15 months in traditional Slavonian oak casks, this wine offers greater body and richer, mellower fruit than the Valpolicella Classico. Its elegant bouquet of plums, almonds and violets and well-balanced, persistent flavour make it excellent with grilled, roast or braised red meat dishes. It pairs perfectly with mushroom-based dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

This refreshing and delicately fruity dry white wine comes from the sunny South-Eastern shore of Lake Garda. This ideal vine-growing environment, combined with the blend of five carefully selected indigenous grape varieties, gives it a refined structure and surprising complexity, making it ideal as an aperitif or with hors d'oeuvres, risottos and fish dishes in general.

About us

Company details

The rhythms and time-frames of Nature; the scents and colors of the earth and of the vines; the flavors of wine: these elements have always been part of my life.

Year after year, the art of transforming our grapes into wine, fashioning them into a perfect product, and seeking to understand and appreciate its fragrances has had a profound effect on my dreams and my desires.

I have discovered, to my surprise, that many wines offer a complex personality. Sometimes it is similar to that of my grandfather; some are more like my father’s character, and yet others offer feminine perfumes and flavours that remind me of my mother and grandmother.

Over time, I have learned that love and passion have come together in my family. Looking even deeper, I have discovered that these are the values shared by all those who love to “create wines”. They are a legacy that has been handed down to me and that has had a profound effect on my way of life, my way of constructing social relationships and of sharing an art that is at once ancient and familiar.
