Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature 12% Vol. 108 months sur lie on average
Xarel·lo monovarietal from the Espiells estate. Beautiful golden colour and surprisingly deep, complex nose. Intense notes of stone fruit (peach, apricot, loquat, etc.) coexist with brioche and butter. As it opens up, it starts to develop a faint background of nuts and curry, as well as toasted notes, from the long ageing. It is creamy, well-structured and incredibly fresh on the palate. It has a persistent aftertaste of dried apricots, walnuts and fine pastries.

This cava is made from the pinot noir grapes grown in Espiells. It has a beautiful golden colour with slightly coppery hues. Its varietal character can be seen in the bouquet, with notes of cherries and white fruit on a citrus background that is honeyed and reminiscent of toasted bread. On the palate it is well-structured and elegant, magnificently effervescent, pleasantly unctuous and quite long.

This Cava Reserva Brut is made only from the best harvests with free-run juice from chardonnay grapes grown in the Can Rius vineyard, within the estate of Espiells. Beautiful golden colour, superb foam and small, abundant bubble, it is distinguished in its expression, with lively notes of white fruit (peach, apple), honey, grapefruit, toasted bread and dairy that are typical of the variety. It is exuberant in the mouth, with clear freshness, considerable intensity and fabulous creaminess. It has a long, elegant finish.
Organic growing Respect for nature and its cycles, as well as the belief that only from this admiration can we make great cava and wine, has been a constant throughout the history of Juvé & Camps.
It can be seen today in our organic vineyards, where grapes are grown in a way that respects their surroundings and the environment, and in our low-yield grape-growing practices, aimed at obtaining the best quality in the most natural way. Conscious, consistent growing that considers the vines as part of the surrounding landscape and wine, the expression of its ecosystem.
In 2015, Juvé & Camps was granted certification for our organic winegrowing. To do so, we made the necessary changes in our agricultural processes and restructured the vineyards, eliminating any chemical insecticides and herbicides. Only authorised organic products are used to neutralise and combat the fungi that can attack the grapevines. Furthermore, fallow periods of up to 7 years let the land rest and recover. The result: healthy, balanced, top-quality grapes.
