Made from hand-picked grapes grown on old vines. Traditional fermentation without the addition of selected yeasts. Unoaked with a minimum of 2 years bottle ageing.
Colour: light gold. Aroma: floral and mineral with toasty and smoky notes. Taste: Creamy, round, with lively acidity and a lengthy finish.
Seafood, all types of fish, rice dishes, such as risotto and paella, pasta, cheese, creamy sauces and desserts featuring tropical fruits, white-fleshed fruits and crème anglaise.
