Prosecco Extra Dry

Full bodied, persistent, ideal with aperitifs and shellfish. Bright pale yellow in colour, it has a fruity scent with citrus and floral notes. Smooth and dry in taste.

Processing method: gentle, soft maceration of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Refermentation obtained with the Martinotti method and slow sparkling process at 12°C.
Alcohol level: 11,00% vol.
Serve at temperature: 6-8°C
Conservation: Store horizontally in a cool place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Also available in 1.5 l magnum version.

Prosecco Frizzante

Soft, sparkling wine par excellence: an extremely fresh blend of grape’s fragrant varietal aromas and the delicate sparkle of bubbles. Essential, dry, light – you do not need to wait for a special occasion to drink it.

Processing method: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. Refermentation obtained with the Martinotti method and slow sparkling process at 10°C.
Alcohol level: 10,50% vol.
