Prosecco Extra Dry
Full bodied, persistent, ideal with aperitifs and shellfish. Bright pale yellow in colour, it has a fruity scent with citrus and floral notes. Smooth and dry in taste.
Processing method: gentle, soft maceration of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Refermentation obtained with the Martinotti method and slow sparkling process at 12°C.
Alcohol level: 11,00% vol.
Serve at temperature: 6-8°C
Conservation: Store horizontally in a cool place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
