AOC Languedoc Red Wine, Grand Vin 2015 is blend of Syrah and Grenache. 12 month aged in old oak barrel. Full bodied red wine, with notes of riped black fruit, bread crump, hints of vanilla and oak. Well balanced, a red wine to go with red meat.
AOC Languedoc Red wine, Syrahcuse 2014 is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. 18 month aged in new french oak. Full bodied red wine with notes of riped black fruit, leather and hints of oak. Very complex red wine that will need consistent dish such as game meat (venisson, wild boar...)
AOC Languedoc white wine. Golden-straw like colour. This wine is blend of Roussane, Marsanne and grenache blanc. Aged on lees for 6 month. Crispy and citrusy white wine, very round and buttery on the palate. Served as an aperitive or with any kind of seafood.
Famille Valery owns two estate at Sauvian, south of Béziers. The first estate, Domaine des deux ruisseaux created in 1956 produces only IGP Pays d'Oc wine and varietal wines such as 100% merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay... The second estate, Chateau le Thou bought in 2008, allows us to produces AOC Languedoc wines and blend wines with Syrah and Grenache. The two estates gives us the opportunity to work and create many different wines to respond to the always growing demand.
