Organic Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet red, white and rosé - Red Vacqueyras - Red Gigondas
Our wine selection offers great appellations from the Rhône Valley : - Château COHOLA : Organic Red, White and Rose Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet Château COHOLA is a terraced organic vineyard located in a beautiful place called Dentelles de Montmirail. Most of the vineyards, as for them, are about 30 years old and the eldest ones are more than 80 years old. Red wines are aged during 1 year in barrels and half hogsheads that give refinement and aging potential to the wines. We have got an assembly of Grenache and Syrah. The quality is wonderful since we are in a privileged terroir where we can find truffles and famous wines. - COHOLA : Organic Red and White Côtes du Rhône This range is defined by its pure style, a straight taste and fruity notes on your palate, and a pleasant freshness that call for a second glass! They have been aged in a more traditional way. Our Côtes du Rhône White and Red gather the four most beautiful grape varieties of Southern Rhône: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Viognier. Guaranteed effect: pleasure is definitely in your glass! - COR HOMINIS LAETIFICAT : Vacqueyras and Gigondas The crus of Vacqueyras and Gigondas are produced on small volumes and only during the best vintages, so far, the years 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2010 retained our attention. These crus are outstanding: their aging in barrels, their labeling and their presentation make these wines exceptional. Vinified in the Rhône Valley, the wines are then aged in altitude in oack barrels, in our XIIth century cellar in the area of Roquefort in the Aveyron. The wines evolve at their own pace, and show a very good potential for aging.
