Pre-fermentary maceration, bleeding, static settling of the must during 4 to 5 months, contribute to the harmony of this solar, fresh and elegant wine. It results from the alliance of Roussanne and Viognier. It can be aged from 3 to 5 years. To be served between 12° and 15°. (vintage 2007).
This selection of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cabernet is aged in half-muids (new barrels of at least 500 liters) during more than one year. Maturity, fruit, power and good acidity are its characteristics. It is the ideal wine for meats with sauce, pies and stuffed vegetables. It can be aged from 5 to 10 years. To be served around 18°.
