Soil: Coming from a long selection process of several regions that represent the diversity of the vineyard Chusclan, this selection is based on the computerization of the parcel: all information collected on each cultural unit are entered (soil type, variety, cultures mode, treatments, agricultural development, type of harvest…) to evaluate the potential of each parcel. The plots selected for this vintage "Les Genets" then are the subject of a specification between the winery and winemakers owners to get control of yields (between 35 and 40 hl / ha, in all cases lower than the yield allowed) and an optimal state of health. In addition, a control in the vineyard is regularly performed by our technical quality.
Tasting and food match: Wine with a deep glossy black and beautiful light robe. The aromatic expression is powerful and concentrated with no excess on a fruity style. In the mouth the wine is quick and dense on its youth and the tannins are bold and tasty. The wine is warm and powerful and it can age well, will fit perfectly a fillet of beef in crust or a pheasant on a spit.
Characteristics: Color: Red Vintage : 2016 Degree : 13,5 % vol Yield: 45 hl/ha Packaging: Burgundy bottle 750 ml with screwcap Grapes: Grenache Noir mainly, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault Wine-making process: 60% Traditional wine making with a 13-days fermentation and controlled temperatures around 26-28°C - 20% in carbonic maceration - 20%in Thermo Flash wine making with controlled temperatures around 23°-25°c.. Conservation: 1 to 3 years Bottled by: Laudun Chusclan Vignerons
Soil: The selection is carried out in the vineyard located in the South East of France on the right bank of the Rhone making this wine fresh and generous. The parcels of vines are conducted partly on sandy plains, hills and partly on more or less stony clay-limestone soil.
Tasting and food match: Its dress is dark and deep. On the first nose, very present red fruit flavors give way, after aeration, to notes of fresh eucalyptus. This very flattering set in the mouth is combined with fine and silky tannins. We will retain from this cuvee its delicacy (nice sweetness), its generosity (density and structure) and especially its charm, elegance and finesse. This wine will accompany your buffet dinner where each bite or verrine is an invitation to a travel. It will also beautify your red meats grilled or sauced. Finally, you can enjoy it on a pressed paste cheese (Comté or Beaufort for example). To be served at 17-18 ° C.
Villa Sinnae AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun White 2015
Characteristics: Colour: White Wine-making process: After the harvesting the grapes are destemmed, trampled, scratched. Direct pressing. Wine-making process at low temperature (16°C). Ageing on lees for 11 month and then during 6 month in new barrels Conservation: 3 to 4 years Vintage : 2015 Degree : 14,5 % vol Yield: 35 hl/ha Packaging: Burgundy bottle 750 ml Bottled by: Laudun Chusclan Vignerons Grapes : Grenache Blanc 55%– Clairette 45%
Soil: The selection is carried out on vines located on the side of the Caesar Camp (limestone plateau 200 meters, in the background the village of Laudun). The poor soils and the exposure to the north wind (Mistral) limit naturally the fertility of the vines, which increases the quality of the grapes.
Tasting and food match: This cuvée seduces by its bright pale gold color and its very pleasant nose with the aromas of white fruits associated with buttered, milky notes. The lively, fresh, corpulent, enveloping mouth is equally pleasant with its olfactory notes that develop on the vanilla of Madagascar. A beautiful balanced material with a finish on sweet spices. We can offer this cuvée, slightly fresh, as aperitif, accompanied by dishes of seafood, and white meats in sauce more or less raised.
