Château Maïme

Château Maïme is a family estate of 40 ha located in Provence, in the middle of the Massif des Maures. Our beautiful property produces AOP Côtes de Provence wines from sustainable agriculture, where the key word is "quality". The high requirements in our vineyards allows us to offer a range of 6 wines: 3 rosés, 2 reds and 1 white.
At the customer’s request, we have created 3 different rosés (“Instant”, “Héritage” and “Origine”) clearly identifiable for different tasting moments (for your information “Heritage” is only for the French market).
"Instant" is the pleasure rosé, synonymous with spontaneity, lightness and sharing. The classic grapes of grenache (60%) and syrah (20%) have been added to the tibouren (20%), a very old Mediterranean grape known for its floral, fruity and spicy flavor with soft tannins. At the tasting we discover a beautiful vivacity with a light sweetness sensation pleasant on the final.
"Origine" is the gastronomic rosé, synonymous with elegance, finesse and structure. The classic grape of Grenache (40%) have been added to the cinsault (40%) and mourvèdre (20%), identified for their fine and structuring aspects. At the tasting we discover floral aromas, an elegant, round and generous mouth. This gastronomic rosé will highlight your most refined dishes ".
