White wine made from Sauvignon Blanc and locally known as "Blanc Fumé". It is produced on a variety of soils composed of Kimmeridgian marl, flint, clay and Portlandiens limestone. It reveals typical characteristics of smoky and flint aromas along with notes of broom, acacia flowers and honey. It is best enjoyed chilled with shellfish, seafood and fish.
