Rimauresq Cru Classé Provence Wines in red, rosé and white

Soil: Mineral, acid, with little organic matter, subsoil composed of red sandstone and Permian shale (sedimentary rocks) and phyllites and mica schists (metamorphic rocks). At the top of the hill, the soil is composed of phyllites and mica schists with outcropping source rocks. Thanks to this atypical exposure on a poor soil, it is possible to moderate summer heat to harmoniously reach the alcohol maturity and phenolic ripeness without damaging the natural acidity of the grapes, which gives freshness to wines. This results in elegant wines with a particular balance, which identifies the character of Rimauresq wines…

Rosé Rebelle

« Untypical of the rosés trend, we suggest you a time travel, with that drawn-off (saignée) rosé wine, fermented with natural yeasts, and made from local grape varieties : grenache, syrah and cinsault »
