About us

Company details

COLLE UNCINANO is located at 10 km from Spoleto surrounded of Martani Mountains. In the middle of a 90 hectares farm, our vineyard covers an area of 25 hectares. Our vineyard is located facing southern ‐ east, at an altitude of 348 meters above sea level, protected by Martani Mountains and far away from other vineyards.
It’s planted in a sandy and clay rich soil that creates an ideal environment for the vine. For these reasons maturation of grapes takes more time than normal and in this way the plants can absorb
more substances and nutrients from the soil. In our vineyard we grow three autochthonous varietals grapes such as Sagrantino, Grechetto and Trebbiano Spoletino. We also grow Sangiovese, Merlot and Sauvignon grapes that have found an excellent habitat in our land.
