Roller crushing and squeezing with soft press (max 0,4 ATM) to extract only liquid must. Natural fermentation on its own yeasts in French barriques.
Storage and further Refining:
After alcoholic fermentation, wine is left to age with its own lees for 12 months. Finally, the wine is bottled for further 3 months (at least) for further refining.
This wine has an intense yellow colour , with golden hues. The scent is intense, clean with traces of ripe yellow fruits and vanilla. The taste is mineral, fresh, structured and persistent.
Recommended with stuffed pasta, grilled or roasted fish dishes and roasted white meats dishes.
Suggested serving temperature is 10°-12° C.
