About us

Company details

About us
We are a small family run winery and have been in the market for sixty years. We produce about 85 thousand bottles a year and a limited production of classic method sparkling wine.

Our great passion for wine has been passed on to us by our father Enrico, still present in winery and before him by our grandfather who had always worked in the wine sector.

Our grape growers, who cultivate the Vineyards of Isera and Vallagarina, have our very same passion, we are always looking for the highest product quality and respect for the environment.

Our history
In 1955 Enrico Spagnolli, with his unforgettable friend Riccardo Cobbe, started harvesting and fermanting grapes in the historical vaults of Casa Ravagni in Isera. He did this with great passion, continuously trying to improve the quality of his product and always giving a big warm welcome to whoever visited the cellar.

In 1979, for organizational and technological reasons, the winery moved to its current location in Via Rosina a few hundred meters from the old cellar. This allowed us to pull over to the old wooden barrels, which are still used, tanks and machines required by the innovation of winemaking.

Our philosophy

Good wine starts from the vineyard. This is the reason why we have always paid attention to researching a qualitative and quantitative balanced product, selecting best grapes from classic Trentino varieties whether red or white and paying particular attention to sun exposure and to the ripening of different cultivars.

The attention to the vineyard is then transformed  in attention to the process of making wine. Pneumatic presses for the white, temperature control of fermentation, fermentation in wooden tanks for same red grapes, pumping over and punching down and other old and new technical devices serve to improve the quality of the product at the moment of transformation and maturation.
