About us

Company details

Vitevis Cantine Società Cooperativa Agricola (Winery and Agricultural Cooperative) was formally established on July 1, 2015 when three wineries in the Province of Vicenza joined together: Cantina di Gambellara (founded in 1947), Cantina Colli Vicentini Montecchio Maggiore (founded in 1955) and Cantina Val Leogra di Malo (founded in 1961).
Imbued with the values of cooperative business, these three separate wineries felt the time had come to unite their forces in a single winery in order to effectively penetrate international markets and to systematise their points of excellence, thus optimizing costs and investments while enhancing the wines produced, to the benefit of all their members and the territory overall.
With more than 2,200 hectares of vineyards, 1,500 participating wine growers and an average annual production estimated at 36 thousand tons of grapes and a strong growth potential, Vitevis Cantine could produce 10 million bottles of still and sparkling wines in the future, thanks to a modern production plant and new investments.
