The Fidora family has been producing wines in Veneto region since 1927. In 1974, it started its pioneering organic wine production project and today, at its 4th generation, the winery is proudly carrying on with this philosophy in all of its estates.
The Pleistocene soil of Tenuta Civranetta (a 600 years old Benedictine estate next to Venice lagoon) gives its best expression in the production of white still and sparkling wines. The estate of Collagù, on the steep hills of Valdobbiadene, is perfect to give a fine and elegant Prosecco Superiore. The reds reach their peak in the Valpolicella, where the family owns an estate in the Classica area, over the high hills of Fumane Valley, and 30 hectares in the Eastern part of Valpolicella. All the vineyards are located on hillside, where the fresh air and the well-drained soil help the vines to give the best grapes.
The winerys portfolio includes Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, Valpolicella, Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone della Valpolicella, Prosecco DOC and DOCG, Moscato, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.
