ANTİK - Red

Antik Red is a luscious blend of two different varietals; acquiring its

ANTİK - White

Antik white is a perfect blend of aromatic, juicy Narince –an
indigenous varietal from Central Anatolia-, Semillon grapes which
yield aromatic, easy-to-drink wines and Emir grapes, a native varietal

in 225 lt. French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a wine with a

Verano Blush

The Grenache grape which is the main varietal of the famous Côte du
Rhone and Châteauneuf-du-Pape regions of France is known for its
light colored and light bodied wines suitable for young consumption.
Grenache grapes cultivated in our Saros region vineyards are pressed
gently without maceration in order to preserve their fruity flavor
and aromatic structure which then yield a deliciously refreshing

Verano

Verano is a rose wine produced by blending Cabernet Sauvignon
and Öküzgözü grape varietals. Cabernet Sauvignon, a world famous
noble varietal, is known as “the king of red grepes”. This grape
variety, cultivated in Doluca’s own vineyards Mürefte (northwest of
Turkey), expresses its full-bodied and fruity characterictics in Verano.
Named after the remarkable size af its grey-blue fruits; the lively,
fruity character of Öküzgözü (literally “ox’s eye) varietal is also fully
reflected in Verano. During the production of this wine the grapes
were not exposed to the pressing process and only the free run juice
was fermented through coom fermentation technique. Verano with
its crisp, refreshing and fruity structure invokes the aromas of sour
cherry, strawberry and raspberry.

DLC Shiraz

DLC Sultaniye Emir

DLC Sultaniye-Emir is an aromatic, crisp, smooth dry wine, acquiring
its pleasant aroma from fruity, but acidulous Sultaniye grapes and its
structure and strength from Cappadocian Emir grapes. To reflect the
fruity characteristics of the varietals at their maximum, during the
production of this wine the grapes were not exposed to the pressing
process and only the free-run juice was fermented. The smoothest

DLC Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this DLC wine were grown
in our own vineyards in Thrace and harvested in late August.
The careful cultivation of these grapes has led to a refreshing
wine which embodies the unique aromatic characteristics and
vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc at its optimum. In order to reflect
these characteristics to their maximum, only free run juice
fermented under low temperatures was used in this wine. As a
result, this varietal invokes green apple, green plum and green
herbal aromas, also honeysuckle, pineapple and lime are felt at
the forefront. This smooth and refreshing wine also has quite a
long finish on the palate.

Kav Bo€azkere-Öküzgözü is an immaculate blend of robust, tannic
Bo€azkere grapes from Southeastern Anatolia with Öküzgözü grapes from
Eastern Anatolia that have a unique aroma and a crisp, fruity character.
Kav is aged for 12 months in 225 lt. French oak barrels and is kept in
bottles for two more years in order to attain its characteristic full-bodied,
rich bouquet and unique taste. With its long finish and powerful,
tannic structure Kav Bo€azkere-Öküzgözü invokes the aromas of clove,
cinnamon, red fruits, violets and oak.

Tugra - Öküzgözü

Öküzgözü is one of the most promising indigenous varietals of Anatolia
and its unique fruity and juicy character is felt quite prominently on
the palate in our Tu€ra Öküzgözü wine. The varietal’s crispy nature
due to its strong acidity is balanced by its ripe fruit flavors and hence
in Tu€ra Öküzgözü it yields a well-rounded, smooth and mediumbodied
wine. The grapes - cultivated in our vineyards in Denizli with a
low yield management program - were harvested in early October. This
methodology allowed us to harvest these grapes at an optimum acidity
and alcohol level. Through cold maceration and cool fermentation we
were able to retain Öküzgözü’s characteristics at a maximum level. This
wine was matured -5 months sur lie and 7 months without lees- a total of
12 months in 70% French and 30% American Oak. Tu€ra Öküzgözü wine
invokes the aromas and tastes of red forest fruits, sour cherry and plums.

Tugra - Bogazkere

Boğazkere is one of the unique indigenous varietals of Anatolia, which
we grow at our own vineyards in Denizli. Boğazkere is a grape, very
rich in polyphenols and it yields high quality red wines which are
powerful, full-bodied and tannic. The grapes-cultivated with modern
vineyard management methodology and a low yield program-were
harvested in early September. Following 11 days of maceration and
fermantation sur lie, the wine was matured for a total of 16 months in
80% French and 20% American Oak barrels. The resulting wine has
smooth and round tannins and a layered complexity while maintaining
the varietal’s pleasent floral characteristics. Powerful, long and fruity
Tuğra Boğazkere invokes the aromas of clove, cranberry, smoke,
raspberry and toasted hazelnut.

Tugra - Kalecik Karası

Kalecik Karas› is one of the most popular and unique indigenous
varietals of Anatolia, cultivated in and around Ankara K›z›l›rmak
Region, known for its smooth, fruity and easy to drink wines. In our
Tu€ra Kalecik Karas› wine we combined the floral and vivid nature of
Ankara Region’s Kalecik Karas› varietals with dark colored, delicate yet
fruit forward characteristics of Denizli Region’s Kalecik Karas› grapes
through a balanced blend. Modern vineyard management methods
and low yield programs applied at these vineyards gave us very terroir
specific and high potential grapes to work with. Tu€ra Kalecik Karas›
was produced with a week long cool fermentation following cold
maceration, and was aged briefly in French oak. This method yielded
a wine which invokes exotic fruit, earthy and floral aromas. Tu€ra
Kalecik Karas› is a smooth, crispy, aromatic, and delicate wine which
can be consumed young or if preferred lend itself to further aging.

Karma Chardonnay Narince

Karma Chardonnay Narince is an immaculate blend of Denizli region’s
Chardonnay and Tokat region’s indigenous varietal Narince. This
perfectly balanced blend is aged in French and American oak for 12
months. Denizli’s Chardonnays noted for their floral and sweet flavors
were not subjected to malolactic fermentaton in order to reflect their
liveliness and refreshing aromas to the blend. One can also detect the
citrus aromas typical to the Narince varietal preserved through mild oak
treatment. This powerful yet smooth and fruity wine is the first white
wine in our Karma series delivering the fusion of east and west at its best.

Saros Bay, the Cabernet Sauvignon fully reflects in its taste the unique

Sarafin Chardonnay

In the Doluca winery, following a gentle pressing process the juice
and sediment of the Chardonnay grapes, known as “the queen of the
whites”, are put into small French oak barrels to ferment together in a
method known as “sur lié”. Then, the malolactic fermentation process
generally used for red wines is applied to lend the resulting wine its
“buttery” character, a velvety smoothness. After 12 months’ aging in
225 lt. French oak barrels the flavours and structure of the wine is
maintained by applying limited filtration before estate bottling. Sarafin
Chardonnay has a rich bouquet and complex, lasting flavour on the
palate.

Sarafin Sauvignon Blanc

Originially brought from Bordeaux, the Sauvignon Blanc varietal
quickly adapted to its new home on the Saros Peninsula drawing its
own unique characteristics from the terroir. To preserve the unique
characteristics, grapes get transferred to Doluca premises with specially
cooled frigorific trucks. In the Doluca winery the aim is to preserve
every nuance of this noble grape’s character. Cool fermentation
technique is used so that none of the grape’s lively, fresh nature gets
lost. Sarafin Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing wine that invokes the
aromas of green apple, green plum to fresh green herbs.

KIZILCATERZİ MERLOT

We have harvested about 5.5 tons per hectare from Kızılcaterzi vineyard
during the vine harvest in the first week of September. Merlot, which
was cultivated using the most modern micro viniculture methods, was
transformed into wine as a result of long fermentation periods inside small
barrels, once 12 days of maceration was completed. Kızılcaterzi Merlot is
aged during 7 months inside 225 liter barrels of 100% French oak. To add
a stronger and more bodied taste to Merlot grape which is known with its
velvety wines, we have added 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet
Franc grapes to Kızılcaterzi Merlot’s 2013 harvest, enabling you to discover
deeper presence of taste on your palate. Kızılcaterzi Merlot, which is a fruity,
strong, rounded and easy to drink wine, recalls the notes of raspberry,
red-current and roasted hazelnuts.

ALÇITEPE “KİRTE”

We have harvested late September our Cabernet Sauvignon, which we
have cultivated on the basis of micro vintage, at Kirte region on the
northern slopes of our Alçıtepe vineyard, supervising a respectively
low vintage of 5.5 tons per hectare. Following a maceration period
of 15 days, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have been aged for 7 months
inside 50% French and 50% American oak barrels, as for 4 months on
the argol and for 3 months without argol. Alçıtepe “Kirte” Cabernet
Sauvignon has fruity taste together with its lasting presence on the
palate, rich and complex aromatic notes due to its matured tannins.
This wine recalls the aromas of black-current, thyme, black olive and
spices; enabling you to explore the perfect balance of deep tastefulness
and matured tannins’ strong structure.

ALÇITEPE CABERNET SAUVIGNON - SHIRAZ

Doluca, a company which has made it a tradition to introduce “many
firsts” into Turkish winemaking, now proudly presents the pinnacle
of Turkish viticulture to wine enthusiasts. Our Alçıtepe Cabernet
Sauvignon Shiraz, will leave its mark in your mind and in your palate for
a very long time. Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes, used fifty-fifty
in our wine, have been grown with the most modern microviticulture
techniques and with restricted yield as low as 5.5 tons per hectare.
The grapes have been macerated between 11 to 14 days, then have
been aged for 4 months with the sediments, and following filtration for
another 4 months in 225 liter 65% French and 35% American oak. With
the ideal combination of mature tannins and red fruit aromas, Alçıtepe
Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz has a long finish, a balanced and powerful
character which invokes the aromas of raspbery, black berries, violet,
bitter chocolate and spices. It can be aged for over 10 years.
