Barolo DOCG

This Barolo is made from the grapes grown in our youngest and most vigorous vineyards in the townships of La Morra and Monforte d’Alba, and vinified as it was in the past for a balanced harmony of its diverse characteristics.

Variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Training system: Guyot

Vinification: maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 10 days before the grapes are pressed and alcoholic fermentation is concluded in stainless steel (about 20 days), where malolactic fermentation also takes place at a controlled temperature. Towards December, the wine is transferred to small barrels of oak, 15-20% of which are new and 80% used, where they remain to age for 24 months. After decanting in stainless steel, the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Color: ruby red of medium intensity and garnet red hues

Aroma: intense, harmonic, with ethereal and captivating nuances and a final note of red fruit

Flavor: warm, balanced, with good persistence; already drinking well. Finishes with polished tannins and a delicate vanilla aftertaste

Serving temperature: 16°-18°C. It is particularly enjoyable to savor its initial freshness and then appreciate the evolution of its aromas as the wine slowly warms in the glass.

Evolution: drinking well already, but with the potential for great longevity

Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Angelo

This Nebbiolo is made with delicate grapes that come from our youngest and most vigorous vineyards in the townships of La Morra and Monforte d’Alba. The grapes are vinified together and undergo a brief fermentation to highlight their excellent fruity and fresh notes.

Variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Vine training system: Guyot

Vinification: maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 6 days before the grapes are pressed and alcoholic fermentation is concluded in stainless steel (about 20 days), where malolactic fermentation also takes place at a controlled temperature. Towards the wine is transferred to small barrels of oak. After decanting in stainless steel, the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections

Aroma: fresh, floral, and fruity, with distinct notes of rose hip, marasca cherry, and delicate scents of raspberry

Flavor: vinous with incredible freshness and light, delicate tannins. Fine, balanced body with good aromatic persistence

Serving temperature: 16°-18°C. It is particularly enjoyable to savor its initial freshness and then appreciate the evolution of its aromas as the wine slowly warms in the glass.

Evolution: Made for early consumption, but, faithful to its noble DNA, this wine ages well after several years in the bottle, too.

L‘Insieme - Langhe Rosso DOC

This wine unites the immediate fruitiness of our Barbera Cascina Nuova with the long-lasting and persistent tannins of Nebbiolo from the Barolo Arborina and Castelletto, plus an international touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, whose grapes come exclusively from our own vineyard property.

About us

Company details

We were born and grew up in the hills of Barolo: a territory that has sustained us, whose people have helped us grow up, and whose wine we have fallen in love with, to which we dedicate our lives and our passion.

We make five important cru (officially known as Menzioni Geografiche Aggiuntive) of Barolo: Arborina, Gattera, Rocche dell’Annunziata, Castelletto, Paiagallo. In addition to Barolo, we vinify other great reds of the Langhe: Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto d’Alba.

Today, our winery produces 120 thousand bo¬ttles from about 19 hectares of vineyards distributed throughout La Morra, Monforte d’Alba and Barolo.
