Piemonte DOC Albarossa

Area of origin: Castel Rocchero, Piedmont - in the heart of the Langa of Asti and Alto Monferrato
Grape variety: 100% Albarossa
Harvest: Manual
Vinification and Ageing: in stainless steel and then aged for at least one year into a 25 hl wooden barrel called “Allier”. Bottle aged for at least one year before sale.
Time consumption: Excellent until eight/ten years
Organoleptic Characteristics
Color: Intense ruby red color with a nearly black - violet shade.
Bouquet: Soft Fruit (plums, blackberry, blueberries) with a pitchy inkling.
Taste: Full and savory with a touch of freshness and refined taste of tannins.
Serving suggestions: White and red meat, ravioli and cheese.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Serving temperature: 17-18° C

Brachetto Secco "Autignan"

Area of origin: Castel Rocchero, Piedmont - in the heart of the Langa of Asti and Alto Monferrato
Grape variety: 100% Brachetto
Harvest: Manual
Vinification and Ageing: After a soft pressure it ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel and then it stays there until the end of fermentation. The wine ages for five month in steel tanks where it is subjected to periodic decanting and then is put to age in bottle for two months.
Time consumption: Excellent until three years
Organoleptic Characteristics
Color: Intense ruby red color
Bouquet: Fruity, floral and spicy with a strong inkling of musky.
Taste: Dry, elegant, long and persistent.
Serving suggestions: Main dishes, meat and fish. Ideal for meditation.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Serving temperature: 18-21° C

Carmignano DOCG " Poggilarca"

Area of origin: Carmignano (PO)
Grape variety: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Average altitude: 130 m a.s.l.
Training sistem: Guyot in elder vineyards, cordon spur in all others
Soil: Silt and sand with a good percentage of clay
Yeld: 7 tons/Ha
Vinification: Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24°C. The skin maceration process may vary from 18 to 20 days with frequent pumping of the must over the skins. Afterwards the maturation process continues for half part in 30hl and 50hl Slavonian oak barrels and for the other part in barriques, for a minimum of 10 months. The wine is then refined in bottles for at least 4 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics
Colour: Vivid ruby red, with slight garnet coloured shades.
Bouquet: The wine has red berries and spices aromas with a delightful vanilla sensation.
Flavour: The mouthfeel is very sophisticated and pleasantly harmonic. It has a persistent and pleasantly tannin flavor, with a well combined freshness.
Serving suggestions: To be combined with grilled red meat and roasted poultry. We recommend to uncork the bottle at least 15 minutes before use.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Alcoholic Content: 13,50% vol.

Grape variety: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino
Average altitude: 110 m a.s.l.
Training sistem: Guyot in elder vineyards, cordon spur in all others
Soil: Silt and sand with a good percentage of clay
Yeld: 7 tons/Ha
Vinification: Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22°C for 16 /18 days with a daily skin maceration process and frequent pumping of the must over the skins. After the first fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months, 2 of which on the lees. The wine is then refined in bottles for 3 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Colour: Vivid ruby red.
Bouquet: Red berries, rose and violets aromas.
Flavour: The mouthfeel is very fresh and pleasantly harmonic. It has a persistent and pleasantly tannin flavour that makes it a balanced and pleasant wine.
Serving suggestions: tasty meat sauces and grilled meat.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Alcoholic Content: 12,50% vol.
