Sparkling Wine – White – Moscato Sweet
Moscato is a typical grape of Veneto region, characteristic for its fragrant bouquet and for its sweet and aromatic flavor and straw yellow colour.

It’s origins go back to greece and latin time whene Moscato was called “Uva Apiana”

by latins,which means “grape of the bees”, thanks to its sweetness and perfume that attracts bees. Moscato is a kind of wine which is really good in any occasion: as dessert wine after a good lunch or dinner, during parties or in a special occasion.It’s sweet (nt sikly), fragrance is always the right choice to cheer up people. Thanks to its low alcohol content, Moscato is also perfect as light drink to be served really at any time.

PUNTO ROSA

Sparkling Wine Rosè – Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero – Millesimato Brut

A blush sparkling Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio from Marca Trevigiana with an enticing pink colour and a floral bouquet carefully preserved through soft pressing at controlled temperature.

The sparkling fermentatione takes place in state of the art equipment for three months, during which the noble yeast give a very balanced structure to the ine, bringing out neat scents and flavours of ribes, cranberry and strawberry.

Suggested food to accompany: as aperitif or with fish and cream cheese.

Gigolo is an extra dry sparkling wine with a great balance of green apple and dry fruit aromas at the end. It has a brilliant straw colour and an harmonious floral bouquet with delicate spices. Enjoy it chilled at any time.

Suggested food to accompany: seafood first courses, spaghetti with fish eggs;  and grilled white meat. Good also at the end of the meal with cookies and spiced biscuits.
