Area of Production: Denominación de Origen Protegida Utiel-Requena. Continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Large day and night temperature variations. Average annual temperature 13ºC. Chalky-clay soils. Winemaking: Made exclusively from grapes selected from old vines of low production. This wine shows the potential quality of the Bobal grape, native of Utiel-Requena. Destemmed and gently pressed followed by a long maceration at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation. Contact with American oak barrels for three or four months. Serving Suggestions: Murviedro Colección Bobal Roble is ideal to accompany meats, game and cold meats. Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Area of Production: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla. A wide expanse of fairly flat terrain, with beautiful reddish soils rich in limestone. Continental climate with extreme temperatures (-15ºC in winter and 45ºC in summer) and very low rainfall. The land enjoys more than 3000 hours of sunlight a year that ripen the grapes to give us excellent quality fruit.
