Manero Bianco IGT

PRODUZIONE AREA: Montepulciano (SI)

VINIFICATION: The grapes are pressed softly; fermentation for 25 days at controlled temperature (14-16°C); at the end of alcoholic fermentation, wines are stored in stainless steel tank with its fine lees and will undergo replacement for 3 months. After that will continue its refining in stainless steel container until bottling

tastng notes:
Fresh and pleasant for every occasion. This wine is straw-coloured with pale green highlights. A Soft fruity aroma with hints of Golden apple, white plum and green banana. To serve in medium glasses at 10°, with seafood dishes, pasta with shellfish and also steamed or grilled white fish.  

Maturing capacity in bottle:
2 to 3 years

Rosso di Montepulciano DOC

PRODUCTION AREA: Montepulciano (SI) 

VINIFICATION:Grapes are harvest by keeping them separated by type and plot; fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 8/10 days at contolled temperature ( 24-26°C) with daily pumping; after the racking, wines are put into Slavonian oak barrels and reposes for 3 months, ending are putting into stainless steel drum where are staying till bottled.

The taste is good balance, fine and with a slight initial tannic. To serve in medium size goblet. Perfect with ad antipasti, with pasta dishes served with red meat sauce or filled pasta, second course of grilled red meat.

Antica Chiusina di Montepulciano DOCG

PRODUCTION AREA ZIONE:  From the heart of Montepulciano (SI), exclusively in the vineyards located on the old road which led to Chiusi, so called "Antica Chiusina".

VINIFICATION: Grapes are manually harvested in boxes of 20Kg; the grapes came from specific vineyard called «Antica Chiusina»; fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at controlled temperature (24-28° C)with daily pumping and delastage; a the end of alcoholic fermenation, maceration period continued to 29 C for about 48 hours; after the racking, wines are immediately transferred with its fine less into french oak barrels, where malolatic fermentation will carry out and will undergo weekly batonnage for the next 8 months. It will still in wood for 4 months again, and the aging will finish in bottle. .

Ideal wedding with roasted red meats, roast game, stews.

15 to 20 years
