ln the baloonS glass you can note a red ruby colour with soft garnet red nuances on the winet nail; at the nose a bouquet intense and complex with a good balance between fragrances of ripe red pulp fruits (plums and blackbany) and spiced woodgrn notes. We can defióe this wine harmofrioug dry warm, pleasantly tannic.

Ruby red colour with garnet highlights. The aroma is very intense and complex; you can smell immediately spiced wood notes (nutmeg and cacao) and then the typical Chianti fragrance of violet. The wine is smooth, elegant, warm with a long aftertaste

Fermentation: with skins for 25/30 days, temperature carefully controlled throughout this period.

Aging: 24 months in oak barrels, 12 months refinement in bottles.



In the glass you’ll notice a ruby red colour; It has a complex fruity aroma where spicy woody notes fuse with ripe red fruits. This is a balanced, dry and nicely tannic wine.

Serving temperature: between 18°C and 20°C

Ideal with: grilled red meats, hard cheese

Grape harvest: by hand - third week of September

Fermentation: maceration at a low temperature for a few hours followed by fermentation at 20°C without skins.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.



A clear pinky coloured wine, you will notice aromas of cherries and pomegranate, set against a rosy scent. Upon tasting you will notice a slight acidic tone which binds the palate nicely.

Serving temperature: between 10°C and 12°C

Ideal with: aperitivo, starters and grilled vegetables.

Cultivation Method: Spalliera (4800 ceppi/Ha)

Grape: 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon

Grape Harvest: by hand during the third decade of august

Vinification: de-stemming, draining into soft press and control the temperature of the juice to 15° C

Alcohol content: 13%



With an intense straw yellow colour, at nose the aroma is very complex with a mix of apple, ripe pear and white flowers. It's a young wine, fresh, dry with a good acidity.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10° C

Company details

The harvest at Casa al Vento is a ritual, a celebration of the season, and a step towards the long-awaited wine that will come.

The grapes are carefully selected and only the best bunches are picked, those that have reached full maturation.

The cutting of the vines is done manually. The grape is placed in a little basket, the stalks are separated from the fruit and the best grapes are carefully selected on the sorting table. Everything is done by hand, everything is done with passion. This is how we achieve the best results from every harvest.

The grapes are then gently crushed and brought to the cantina where, amongst intense profumes, they will ferment and magically transform into wine. A careful selection of wood further refines the wine and prepares it for the bottle within 18 months.
