La Novia Ideal


This young white Bobal & Bubbles, Pasion & Fun is made with Bobal grapes from the Central Valley-San Juan (heart of Utiel-Requena region).

It is  bleeding wine; the obtained must starts a no complete fermentation, until the wine reach the 6°alc, when the fermentation is stopped by refrigeration (-2°C).

The wine continues with the fermentation in an isobaric tank, until it reach the 9 to 10º alc. again the fermentation is stopped by refrigeration. So finally we have a fine bubbles and natural sweetness from the grapes sugars that have not been fermented.

La novia shows an appealing light & bright cranbery color.

On the nose it’s clean and very intense with a seductive bubble gum hint driving the fresh fruit.

Lively palate with a vibrant CO2 touch entry, it’s light body with low moderate alcohol and pronounce fresh acidity making it very easy to drink with a seductive and enjoyable finish.

Is recommended to serve really cold, 9ºC.

El Novio Perfecto

50% Muscatel and 50% Macabeo.This young white wine is made working separately the varieties, in order to obtain a totally dry Muscatel, and with the Macabeo we stop the fermentation by refrigeration to preserve a natural sugar hint in the wine, which finally is less than Alc. 10% Vol. As a result we have a wine that been sweet according the law, it is super fresh and easy to drink.

Tasting Notes: Bruno describes it as “Incredible delicate and seductive in nose where the unmistakable perfume and fragrance from Muscatel join the stone fruit form the Viura. Once in mouth is risky light and fresh, inviting to repeat, with long and refreshing acidity that balance the addictive sweet hint. It is recommended to serve really cold, 9ºC”.

White wine

Straw yellow with golden highlights. Nose impregnated with Muscat character, with hints of white flower (jasmine, orange blossom), honey and citrus reminiscences. Fresh attack in the mouth with balanced acidity and quite lingering. A wine that reveals a pleasant blend of Muscat, which provides aroma and fine fruitiness, and a structure of Merseguera.

Alcohol content: 12º
