The grapes come from 47 hectares of our own vineyards which are between 25 and 40 years old and are located in the villages of Ábalos, Baños de Ebro, Elciego, Laguardia, San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Villabuena. The grapes are handpicked during the second fortnight of October and ecological methods are used in this vineyard.
This wine is made with ecological methods are applied in the vineyards that respect the environment. This wine is certified as an ecologically produced wine by the Consejo Regulador (regulatory board). It is gluten free.
