Cuvée Jean Bernard

A.O.C. Côtes de Bourg

Average production: 35,000 bottles
80% merlot | 20% cabernet sauvignon
Plot selection. Aged in new barrels for 10 to 12 months. The final expression of this wine is that of a powerful, elegant Côtes de Bourg.
Ageing: 5 to 20 years
Serve at 17°. For a young wine, leaving it to breathe for a few hours in a carafe before serving gives it extra roundness.

Domaine de Lilotte

Produced from a small enclosed vineyard that is of a piece, the Domaine de Lilotte estate, aged in vats, very young, balanced and fruity in flavour.
Its freshness will appeal to those who enjoy young wines and whose chief pleasure is sharing time with friends.
Serve between 16° and 17°. It can be left to breath in a carafe.

Situated 30 km north of Bordeaux, Château Haut-Macô is a family estate for 4 generations. We essentially produce red wine from a 53 hectare vineyard.
Each year our objective is that of elaborating wines representing our terroir by combining both modern and traditional techniques. We strive to make well-balanced and consistent wines. As a result, fruit, harmony and structure are the sign of the premium quality associated with our range, grown according to environmental friendly practices.
The various quantities available of our entire selection allow us to adapt to all sorts of markets, whether they be big or small. We are used to working with clients on a long term basis in an interactive ans trustworthy manner.
