Chambertin Grand Cru "Clos de Bèze"

A beautiful intense, deep ruby-red colour. The nose is very pleasant and complex with fiery and fruity aromas.
This wine is powerful, elegant and classy on the palate, with tannins present but not intrusive. The finish is full of finesse and long-lasting.


Serve at: 14°C to 16°C
Serve with: Beef Bourguignon, Game, Coq au Vin, Filet of Beef
Cellaring potential: 10 to 15 years

Mercurey Blanc

The nose is elegant with fruity and floral aromas. There is very noticeable acidity on the palate, which gives a sensation of freshness and harmoniously balances out the structure.

Montagny 1er Cru "Les Las"

A pale yellow colour with golden glimmers.  The nose has fresh floral scents which blend with  dried fruit scents.  On the palate, this wine is quite supple with fine volume, while maintaining a certain liveliness which is often sought after in this type of cru.  
Acidity and suppleness mix together perfectly, giving this wine good balance and nice long-lasting aromas.

Serve with: Prawn and Asparagus Feuillété, Fish Terrine
