Paulo Laureano Dolium Reserva is a red wine, made from Aragones, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and coming from the Alentejo.

Granada color, with black fruit notes, plums and blackberries, red peppers, spices and fresh tobacco leaf, good is soft, balanced, fresh, with a very present structure, but elegant. Long mouth end, based on a broad set of soft, persistent and elegant tannins.
Without crushing Stalk, fermentation in stainless steel mill at 25°C
with submerged and rack and return daily blanket. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels for a period of 18 months. Stage 18 months in bottle before going to the goal.
